How we built the room we always wanted to be in
Growth Meetup started in 2018 as a small group of friends working in product and marketing, meeting in Wrocław to discuss what they couldn't talk about anywhere else. Five years later, it's become the community we all wish we'd had when we started our careers.
We're not an event agency with a hidden agenda. We're growth, marketing, and product operators who built this for ourselves and people like us. We know that at a certain point in your career, the only way to keep learning is from others who've been there. So we created this space - for senior professionals dealing with the same challenges, celebrating the same wins, and figuring things out together.

Yes, our core events are free to attend. However, food and drinks at venues are typically not included - you'll need to bring your wallet. Getting in requires applying and being accepted, as we carefully curate each event. Some events might be paid, so make sure to read the full description.
Growth Meetup is for senior leaders, builders, operators and founders working in product, marketing, and growth within tech companies. We focus on people making strategic decisions, leading teams, and building products.
Growth Meetup is run by Barbara Derkowska-Podhajska, Rafał Cebo-Kloc, Wiktor Sobolak, and Paulina Hryniewicz - a group of friends, all working in marketing, product or growth. Recently, they were joined by Karolina Piotrowska and Kuba Matuszak. We organize everything ourselves because we genuinely love learning from others and building this community. Every edition brings us as much joy and excitement as it does our participants. 🙂
